Overview

Informatica Cloud Zoho connector helps you deliver a holistic view of your customers for your Sales and Support teams with a two-way integration between Zoho ticket data and other cloud and on-premises applications.Zoho connector is a REST based connector that provides connectivity between the Zoho, and all the other cloud and on-premises applications supported by Informatica Cloud.Using Zoho connector, you can read data from Zoho objects, such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts etc.,  transform and load them into the target systems. Likewise, you can also load data into the supported Zoho objects by reading from disparate source systems.You can use Zoho objects as sources and targets using Informatica Cloud data synchronization tasks, Mapping and Mapping configuration tasks. When you run a Data Synchronization task or a Mapping configuration task, the Informatica Cloud Secure Agent uses the Zoho API to perform the specified operation and read data from or write data to the Zoho objects.

System Requirements:
